We are happy to address all issues which our customers may have after taking delivery of their order. We accept returns for exchange but we have a no refund policy. All returns shall be made within 2 days of delivery. For returned items to qualify for exchange or amends, all such returns must be received in good condition. The reason for exchange should be a fundamental error that can't be amended. Note that the costs of returns and subsequent delivery of exchanged items are on the customer. Shipping fee within Lagos metropolis is N1200. Far ends such as Agbara-Badagry, Epe, Ikorodu etc is N2500. Shipping fee to other cities in Nigeria is N2500. Overseas shipping fee vary according to destination- contact for details. When you make a purchase, make sure to purchase the corresponding shipping fee according to your delivery address. For multiple orders to the same destination, you only have to pay for a single delivery fee.
